The Architecture and Real Estate Management program offers a unique academic combination: Through a business and economics foundation and the teaching of specialized skills in architecture and real estate management, you are prepared for a future career at the interface between office and construction.
The internationalization of markets and accelerated structural change have brought about profound changes and new dynamics in the real estate industry. Sustainable building management and a healthy lifecycle of real estate, buildings, and facilities have gained importance.
Important Note: This program does not entitle you to register as an architect and is not an alternative path to the profession of architect.

Your Career Prospects After Graduation
As an architecture and real estate manager, you are responsible for, among other things, the purchase and sale, rental or leasing of commercial, residential or special properties. This means, among other things, permanently optimizing operating and management costs through the use of sustainable building concepts.
