About the Program
Engineers and economists don't always speak the same language. With our Bachelor's program in Industrial Engineering, we optimally prepare you for this essential interface function between business and technology.
You will learn how natural forces can affect a product (Technical Mechanics), why it may fail under certain circumstances (Materials Technology), what manufacturing techniques exist (Manufacturing Technology), and how all of this relates to Electrical Engineering.
The focus is on Innovation Management, Patent Research, and Business Administration fundamentals. In the Engineering Design Project, you apply everything directly in practice: from the business plan for your virtual start-up to production planning.
